Nancy Henroid is the Business Strategy Leader at Kaiser Permanente San Diego. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Nancy was part of Arthur Andersen’s Healthcare Business Consulting practice. Nancy has more than 25 years of healthcare strategy and operations improvement experience. Throughout her professional career, she has served on committees and boards affiliated with the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.
Nancy holds a Master’s Degree in Hospital and Health Services Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Wittenberg University. Nancy is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
