Groups of 5 or More Volunteers
Volunteering at the Food Bank is a great team-building experience! We welcome businesses, schools, clubs, faith-based organizations, and civic groups.
Please submit a Group Volunteer Request. For best availability, contact us at least a month in advance. Please allow 3 business days for a staff member to reply to your request with viable dates. Your reservation request is not confirmed until you receive an email from the Volunteer Engagement Team with signup instructions.
Due to the overwhelming generosity from our San Diego community during the holidays, our large group shifts are full for November and December 2025. We encourage you to sign up for opportunities after the new year in January or February. Thank you for making a difference!
