The 2025 Turkey Drive is officially underway!
Every year, our Turkey Drive helps thousands of families enjoy the comfort of a traditional Thanksgiving meal. With food prices in San Diego County up 4.4% since last year, we anticipate more families feeling the holiday strain and turning to the Food Bank in greater numbers.

Meet Ann
Affectionately known as “Grandma Ann” in her Campo community, Ann has built her life around family and caring for others. With support from the San Diego Food Bank, she’s able to provide nutritious food for her household and extend that generosity to friends and neighbors by picking up food for those without transportation.
“During the holidays, it is very helpful for families to get a turkey because a lot of families don't go to town, so without the Food Bank, they wouldn’t have one at all,” Ann says.
