About the Holiday Food Drive
The San Diego Food Bank is hosting its annual Holiday Food Drive this November and December to provide food for those less fortunate this holiday season.
The 2008 Holiday Food Drive will officially kick-off on October 24th and will run until December 31st.
Please drop-off non-perishable food items in our famous red barrels at grocery stores throughout the county, or food can be delivered directly to the San Diego Food Bank warehouse: 9850 Distribution Avenue, San Diego 92121.
Food raised from the Holiday Food Drive will be distributed to people in need through our 300 partner charities which include: churches, food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, low-income daycare centers, rehabilitation programs and senior centers.
