Do you have a San Diego Food Bank ID Card?

It looks like this (please note it might not have a picture) and you might have received it at a previous distribution:

The San Diego Food Bank ID Card allows you to receive food at any location that participates in our program without having to do any additional registration! One ID Card works at all locations and there are no limits to the number of locations you can go to pick up food. There are no requirements, and all qualify to receive the card. Please ensure you list all household members in the appropriate section to receive the maximum amount of food and/or diapers for your household.
