San Diego Food Bank provides a Food Purchase Program for participating member agencies to help reduce the cost of purchased food.
Since our inventory is donated, we don’t always have enough canned fruits, vegetables, tuna, peanut butter and soup. In order to fill the gaps, we occasionally purchase food at the best possible price, and distribute it to our member agencies at a deeply discounted fee. |
